Return policy

Please contact us or customerservice@evergame.co.uk within 14 working days after date you received the product and mention the reason of return. If you confirm that item is still brand new and sealed you can return it for full refund.

1. As soon as we receive never opened and sealed item back we will provide you the full refund.
2. Please keep the proof of postage when you return the item back to us.
3. All products (whether defected or non-defected) must be returned in their original purchased condition with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.
4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, we will refund your original shipping cost if you return a defected item or because of an error on our part.
5. Product should be returned in the same condition as when you purchase it - brand new, factory sealed and never opened.
6. If you are not satisfied with your order you may exchange or return your product. Such return should be sent to us within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive the product.
7. When you receive your package you should examine it closely before opening the factory sealed product packaging to determine that it is what you have ordered.
